Food Science Lab

Dept of Vocational Studies (Food Science) has a well equipped laboratory which enhance the practical experience of students.The lab is structured to conduct  quality analysis of  various food commodities.We offer a practical oriented course introducing processing of  dairy, meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, beverages, eggs, sugars, cereals and bakery products which help to develop entrepreneurship skills in students. Practical knowledge we provide help students prepare for various positions in global industries and advanced studies.
