Department of History in association with ICHR, New Delhi is organising a National Seminar on the topic Role of Tribal People in the Anti-colonial Struggles in Kerala on 14-15th December 2022

Pazhassiraja Raja College, in association with Mathrubhoomi newspaper has organized a News Exhibition in the college on the topic Kerala Through Ages. This exhibition consists of main news reports published in Mathrubhoomi from 1923 to 2023. News items related to national movement in Malabar, freedom movement, natural calamities, second world war, tribal movement in Wayanad, Gandhi’s Kerala visit, Guruvayoor Satyagraha, Jawaharlal Nehru, Congress agitations, Salt Satyagraha, Kayyur Riot, environmental issues and so on.
