The Microbiology Laboratories are spacious to accommodate more than 50 students at a time. There are exclusive sections for Undergraduate and Post Graduate programs. Additionally, a furnished central facility (CIF) with sophisticated instruments is available for advanced/research works.
All the laboratories are equipped with necessary instruments to cater to the needs of curriculum and project works by the students and research works by the faculty. Microbiology and Molecular biology research works and Microbiology lab works are routine in the lab.
As part of our social commitment policy, the instruments and facilities are accessible to research scholars and science aspirants from Wayanad and other Districts under the scheme LABSTOS (Laboratory Service for Other Students)
