Pazhassiraja College, Pulpally, in association with Oriental School of Hotel Management, Wayanad, organized the international conference of Indian Tourism and Hospitality Congress (ITHC) on ‘EQUITABLE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT: Issues, Practices and Strategies’. The conference was participated by 1300 delegates. Thirteen country representatives were there in the conference. Dr.Mommed Basheer, VC, Calicut University inaugurated the Conference. The dignitaries led the sessions include: Prof.Scott Richardson (Executive Dean-Emirates Academy of Hospitality Dubai), Dr.Marina Ambrosecchio (President-UET Italia, Itally), Dr.Tony Thomas (Asst.DeanSchool of Tourism, Taylor's University-Malaysia), Prof.Sandeep Kulshreshtha (Director-IITTM), Prof.I C. Gupta (Emeritus Professor-Oriental UniversityIndore). Experts from Korea, South Africa are also made key presentations in the Conference.
