Pazhassiraja Raja College, in association with Mathrubhoomi newspaper has organized a News Exhibition in the college on the topic Kerala Through Ages. This exhibition consists of main news reports published in Mathrubhoomi from 1923 to 2023. News items related to national movement in Malabar, freedom movement, natural calamities, second world war, tribal movement in Wayanad, Gandhi’s Kerala visit, Guruvayoor Satyagraha, Jawaharlal Nehru, Congress agitations, Salt Satyagraha, Kayyur Riot, environmental issues and so on.

International Webinar - Prof. Dr Margret Frenz, FRHistS, FHEA of the University of Stuttgart in Germany delivered the Pazhassi Memorial Lecture at the International Webinar in the Department of History on 30th November 2021. The topic of the memorial lecture was “Malabar’s Networking Rulers: Pazhassi Raja and his Colleagues” Dr. Scaria Sakariah, Head, Department of Malayalam SB College, Chenganassery also delivered a lecture on the topic “Multiple Significations of Pazhassi Struggles”.

Dr. Joshy Mathew, Head, Department of History, Pazhassiraja College has prepared historical expalnations to the Pazhassiraja Landscape Museum under District Tourism Promotion Council (DTPC), Wayanad. Wayanand DTPC Secretary Mr. K. G. Ajesh bestowed the Certificate of Appreciation on 30th November 2021.
